Refunds & Returns Policy

Policy Overview

Our returns and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Once this period has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging as received.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital software products

  • Selected health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued, including:

  • Books showing visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items returned in damaged condition or missing parts not caused by our error

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary

  3. Reach out to your bank for further processing details

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at maverickkmart@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gift Returns

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
